    Carol from PA Asked

A friend of mine was given a personalized tree ornament this Christmas - she loved it, but it got broken. Would love to replace it for her. Is that possible?? I have a picture of the ornament if that helps.

    Hi Carol,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I can tell that you have a wonderfully big and warm heart, and I know the Princesses and heroes would be so proud to hear that you’re planning this kind gesture for your friend.

I collect Walt Disney World Resort Christmas tree ornaments, and almost have enough for a whole Disney tree – I even have a rose gold Minnie Ear headband to use as the tree topper. My family loves pulling out all of our souvenir ornaments; each has a special memory attached to it, and it’s wonderful to laugh and reminisce as we trim our tree. My friend and fellow Panelist Brandy inspired me to start a garland of linked MagicBands to wrap around the branches, so of course I need to plan many more Disney vacations to complete the project.

Carol, if you haven't already, I would take a look at the Walt Disney World section of the ShopDisney.com website or the Shop Disney Parks app or website. If you don't see anything similar on those websites, my suggestion is to get in touch with Merchandise Guest Services. They can be reached by phone at (877) 560-6477 or by email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. If emailing, I would attach the photo and include as many details as you can; if you know which store it was purchased from, or a price point, I’m sure that’s very helpful information. They will do what they can to help you track down the ornament or one similar.

I’m sending you lots of pixie dusted wishes that you’re able to replace your friend’s ornament!

    Have a zip-a-dee-doo-dah day,
    Robyn
