    Ellen from FL Asked

My now four year old son and I visit WDW a few times a year. This next visit is second week of December. I didn't know about the ginger bread house at the Grand Floridian until I read it in another question on this forum. What are some other hidden gems?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Ellen!

That is a most excellent question!  There are so many hidden gems at Walt Disney World!  Many of the panelists recently had the pleasure of responding to that question for another Guest and I think you'll find a lot of awesome hidden gems at Disney World from the responses. Another thing we like to do is visit Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Fort Wilderness. You can see the horses from Main Street there and Cinderella's adorable white ponies! Best of all, this adventure is free!

Now that your son is 4, here are some things I think he may really enjoy that are new or he may not have been old enough to participate in during your last visit:

Jedi Training Academy at Disney's Hollywood Studios
    * Wilderness Explorers at Disney's Animal Kingdom
    * A Pirate's Adventures: Treasures of the Seven Seas at the Magic Kingdom

My boys love all 3 of them.  Let me know if you need any further details that aren't provided in the links above.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions.  We're hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
