Found so many answers here without having to ask the questions- Thank you Mom's panel. Staying at POP and need to know if there is an elevator to the upper floors or just stairs? (Due to disability cant walk up stairs). Want to request top floor if yes..

    Hi Laura,

Welcome back and thank YOU for taking the time to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We really love helping and appreciate your questions so very much!

Disney's Pop Century Resort holds a special place in my heart and is easily my family's favorite Value Resort.  We've made so many magical memories there over the years.  In fact, I've been there twice just in the past couple months!  I'm happy to tell you that all the buildings do have elevators, which makes access to all the floors easy for everyone.  I've been thankful for those elevators more than once when pushing tired little ones in strollers after a full day of fun day in the parks.  If you'd like to request an upper floor, you can call (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639) in advance to submit your request with your reservation and/or include that request when you do Online Check-In before you arrive.

I hope that helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions as you make your vacation plans, Laura.  Wishing you a most magical vacation!
