We are going to the Fort Wilderness Resort for 4 nights at the end of this month. We have a big RV that we will all be staying in (6 of us). We will have 2 cars. Wondering if we will be charged to park the cars at the campground? So 1 camper & 2 ca

My family loves Fort Wilderness and a few years ago we bought our very own large motor coach just so we could come and stay for a lengthy period of time and bring our dogs!  I envy that you will be there in just a couple of weeks as I can't wait to get back myself.

You will not be charged to park your car with your large RV. However, the sites are large but parking two cars at a spot will often not be possible.  You will not be allowed to park any vehicle where it restricts into the main roadway of the loop or on the grass next to the sites.  If you are not able to park both cars within the restrictions you can simply park the extra car in the lot by the Fort Wilderness check-in building.  This is also free parking but make sure when you check in you ask for two parking passes and keep that pass in your car windows at all times.

The internal bus system is easy to use at Fort Wilderness if you need to get to the front of the resort to pick up a car.  I have walked it myself many times with the dogs even!  Enjoy my favorite place at Disney!
