    Anne from CA Asked

What food items can you bring into the park? Are water bottles allowed?

    Hi there, Anne!

Welcome, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with these excellent Disneyland Resort questions. I hope you’re getting excited for all the magic that awaits you at the Happiest Place on Earth. Pixar Fest, a celebration of favorite Pixar films and characters in both theme parks, just began and will continue through September 3!

You are welcome to bring along your own snacks and water bottles, with the exception of a few items. Glass containers and outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. However, a small cooler containing sandwiches, snacks or other portable foods is perfectly fine. I always pack a tote bag with cereal, juice boxes, crackers, fruit snacks and other munchies my little ones enjoy when we explore the resort. You can also ask for free cups of ice water at any quick-service dining location throughout the parks to stay hydrated.

I hope this helps you plan, Anne. Please write back with any other questions you have as your pixie-dusted vacation planning continues!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
