I am flying into Orlando on Feb 8th from the UK. When do I put the yellow 'Magical Express' tickets on my suitcases--before I leave the UK,or once I have reclaimed my bags at Orlando International? Can i just say what great work you guys do!

    Hi Zohar,

Greetings from someone else here who has lived 7 years in UK and knows what a task it can be flying such a long distance (but well worth it).   You need to put your yellow Magical Express Tags on your suitcases when you check your luggage in at your departure airport in UK.  If the Orlando International Airport (MCO) is your first point of entry into the United States, you will follow the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process and claim your luggage upon disembarking the airplane. Once you have completed this process, you will give your luggage back to the airport officials and proceed to the Disney Welcome Center located in the Main Terminal Building on the B side on Level 1. Your luggage will be transferred to the Baggage Claim area, where Disney will collect it. If you have already completed the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process in another U.S. city, you will proceed directly to the Disney Welcome Center; Disney will claim your luggage for you and the next time you see your luggage, will be in your Walt Disney World Resort room.  Make note though, that your luggage may take up to 3 hours to arrive at your room (so carry valuables, required medicine, change of clothes or swimsuits in your carry-on if you need them!).  Have a magical day!!!!!

    Best regards,
