We are flying from/to Sweden via Chicago our flight tickets tell us to be at airport at least 3 hours before departure. Is it possible to request that Magical Express pick up us earlier,? Or do you have any other recommendations.

Hi, Asa! Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! And you're coming all the way from Sweden? That's fantastic!

Disney's Magical Express (DME) asks for guests departing on domestic flights to plan on taking a shuttle to the airport at least three hours in advance and international flights at least four hours in advance.  You can do one of two things to schedule and earlier shuttle. You can call 407-WDISNEY and talk to a Cast Member who takes reservations about requesting to book your DME shuttle as an international flight from the Orlando International Airport.  You'll need your reservation/confirmation number as well as all your flight information.

Or, when you arrive at your Disney Resort, you can simply press the button from your in-room phone for DME and ask to be scheduled for a shuttle which leaves earlier than your previously scheduled time. I don't think you'll have a problem at all getting an earlier shuttle to the airport.

Please let me know if you have more questions. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
