when flying with children do you need a car seat on the plane or for transportation from the airport to the resort

    Hi Mike,

When I have flown with infants and active toddlers, I have often brought a car seat just because it enabled me to buckle them down so they weren't climbing all over me (and my fellow passengers). However, unless you have purchased a separate seat for your little one, you won't have anywhere to put the seat. In addition, Disney's Magical Express does not permit car seats on the motorcoach. They will store the seats underneath the bus with the luggage. If you are renting a car, you'll want a car seat, but if you are using Disney transporation the entire time, you may find it to be more convenient if you leave the seats at home. Again, the only thing that would make me suggest otherwise is if you have a very active child who won't stay buckled in a regular airplane seat belt.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
