We are Floridians excited for our first trip to the other Disney, Disneyland! We have dining reservations at Goofys Kitchen and want to know what is the best route from the hotel to California Adventure? Thanks!

    Hi Christine!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited for you to experience the other coast of Disney, you'll find it's oddly familiar, yet completely different at the exact same time!

Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel is such a fun character experience, where you'll dine, dance, and enjoy hugs from some of your favorite Disney characters. The location of the Disneyland Hotel can't be beat as it's a quick walk to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. It may help to reference a map of Disneyland Resort, but you'll find it's a straight shot through the Downtown Disney District. When you leave Goofy's Kitchen, you'll pass the E-ticket Pool, pass under the Sorcerer Mickey hat and cross the street. Here you'll go through security just prior to entering the Downtown Disney District. You'll walk all the way straight through the Downtown Disney District and enter into the esplanade between the two parks. From Goofy's Kitchen to the main entrance, you'll find it's just over a 5 minute walk or so.

I hope this helps in planning your upcoming visit. Please come back if we can help in any other way!
