    Molly from FL Asked

We are Florida residents, with Florida Drivers Licenses, but are military we are in the middle of a 2 year assignemnt to Korea. Our billing zip is an APO (military) zip code. Are we still eligible for the FL resident passes (we are going home for 2 weeks)?

    Hi Molly,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! From our Florida military family to yours, thank you so much for your service.  Korea sounds like an incredible adventure! However I'm sure you're looking forward to coming home for a couple of weeks and visiting my good friend Mickey at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Molly, with a Florida driver's license, you are eligible for Florida resident tickets. Being a military family, you are still eligible with your Florida-based military ID. You actually have a wonderful advantage-you have two options when it comes to tickets; you'll have to decide which one is a better value for your family.

The first, as you mentioned, are Florida resident tickets. There are several offers currently available for fellow residents of the Sunshine State. There are many options, including Annual Passes.

The second option you have are Military Promotional Tickets; these tickets are a great value for military families.  If you had considered purchasing Memory Maker, it is also available at a discount with your military ID. Please ask about Memory Maker when you are purchasing your tickets. You may purchase your military tickets at any Disney ticket window or at Shades of Green, located at the Walt Disney World Resort.

If you would like to make your FastPass+ selections in advance, you may purchase Florida resident tickets online or military tickets directly from Shades of Green via phone. You will need to enter those tickets into My Disney Experience to make your FastPass+ selections.

Molly, I hope you have a magical trip!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
