I am a Florida resident plan to accomodation reservations using the Florida resident discounts available right now & purchase the fl resident 4 day pass. Once those are purchased, can I add the disney dining plan to our stay?

Hi Heather! The Florida resident discounts are a wonderful way for the "locals" to come and enjoy the magic in the parks more often. The Dining Plan is another way to save for families traveling to Disney for vacation. You can only include the dining plans when you are a resort guest and when you include it in your Magic Your Way package which includes resort lodging and park tickets. Once you arrive a dining plan absolutely can't be added but there is a grey area if you want to add it before you come if you have the room reservation.  Sometimes it is possible to add it to an existing reservation. To inquire about your particular situation please call 407-WDW-MAGIC and be prepared with your reservation confirmation number.

Many Florida residents pay the one time fee of $125 for the Tables in Wonderland dining discount program. It is eligible in almost every Disney restaurant and will give you a 20% discount on food and drink including alcohol for up to ten persons in your party. It will also offer you complimentary valet parking for dining purposes. Just keep your receipt and present it to the valets on your return. We have found this is actually a better savings in the long run for dining then a plan as we don't like the hassle of keeping track of points. Sometimes we just want a simple snack for lunch and other times we like the three course meal. Tables in Wonderland allows you complete freedom on where to eat and what to eat at all times.
