We will be in Florida for one week next month, visiting Magic Kingdom only one day.I'd like to pre-plan my fast passes, but would that lock us going on a specific date? Would it be better to wait, so that we can check the weather? To ensure we avoid rain?

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Autumn!  I'm so glad you brought your question to us.  I certainly understand the need to check on the weather forecast to make sure you've got beautiful weather for your visit.  It's great that you will have that flexibility.

Disney Fast Pass+ service is date specific, so you would need to know your arrival date at the Magic Kingdom in order to make your selections.  Changes are always allowed, so if you made your choices now, and then changed them later to coincide with better weather, you may do so, subject to availability.

Wishing you warm weather and sunny skies for your trip!

    Be magical,
