Our flight gets in at 2:30 PM and we have ADR's at the resort at 5PM. We're taking Magical Express to the resort. Are we allowing enough time to get to our resort and get checking in before our dinner reservation or should I make a later reservation?

Hi Maurice, Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

I would actually recommend that you bump your reservation back to 6:00pm instead. Once you arrive in Orlando, you'll need to make your way down to the lower level to get to the Magical Express counter. Then you'll check in, and wait for your bus to arrive. Your Magical Express bus will generally be stopping at 2-4 other Resorts to drop Guests off (yours could be first, and it could be last). It has taken me as long as 2.5 hours to get from my plane to my Resort before. Then you'll check-in at your Resort and head to wherever your dining reservation may be (which you should check in 15 minutes early for).

You don't want to feel stressed out trying to get there, so I'd alter  your reservation and give yourself a cushion just in case. In the event that everything goes smoothly and you're ahead of schedule, then you can explore your Resort for a bit before heading to dinner.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
