Our flight arrives at 2:50PM. Will this give us enough time to check into the hotel (Caribbean Beach) and still make dinner at 1900 Park Fare at 6:30pm?

Hey, Kerri! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I am not sure if you are arriving for your vacation via Orlando International Airport (MCO) or another local airport. I am going to assume for this answer that you are flying into MCO and utilizing Disney's Magical Express transportation. If this is not the case, please drop me a quick line on my personal page and we will discuss this more.

In my experience, it usually takes us an hour to one and a half hours from the time our plane lands to get to our Resort hotel when we use Disney's Magical Express. The motorcoach will drop you off at the Custom House at the entrance to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for check in. From there, you will be able to take a shuttle to your building. It may take you a while to check in and get to your room, so know that you can catch a taxi from the Custom House if you are cutting it close on time.

To get to your dinner at 1900 Park Fare via Disney transportation, you will need to catch a bus to Magic Kingdom and then either catch the Resort monorail line or head to the Resort boat launch to sail over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. My daughters and I have done this before. I found the boat to be much quicker, as the monorail went in the opposite direction, making our Resort destination the last stop in the circle around Seven Seas Lagoon.

You may be cutting it close, but I think overall you will have enough time to get to your Resort and off to dinner. Just remember you always have the option of having Bell Services call a taxi for you if needed. I would hate for you to miss your dinner. The interaction with the stepsisters alone is so worth it! A little tip for you - compliment the Tremaine sisters on their singing and ask nicely if they would share "Sing Sweet Nightingale" with you. Amazing!
