Flight arrives in Orlando at 8:30pm 08/15. We are taking magical express to resort. If for some reason our flight is delayed and we don’t get to Orlando till after 10pm and they can’t get our luggage, how will we be able to if we already had yellow tags on

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christina! With Disney's Magical Express, you can leave your worries behind, because this complimentary transportation service eliminates any worry or stress about getting to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Just sit back, and let Disney do the driving!

It's always so exciting to get those yellow luggage tags in the mail, isn't it!? The luggage delivery service makes your arrival to Orlando International Airport seamless and is available for flights arriving between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily. I can understand your dilemma since your flight is scheduled to get in at 8:30 PM. I spoke Cast Member today, and she said that if your flight is delayed and arrives after 10:00 PM, your bags will automatically go to baggage claim, even if they have the yellow tags on them.

Several years ago, our flight out of our hometown was delayed by an hour, which meant we didn't land until 9:30 PM. However, we were still able to bypass baggage claim and head straight to our resort. The only caveat is that it can take upwards of three hours for your bags to arrive in your room, so my darling husband waited up until 1:00 AM for Bell Services. Now, if we have a flight scheduled to land after 7:00 PM, we don't use the yellow tags. Instead, we get our luggage at baggage claim, and take it with us onto the motorcoach. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have my belongings with me before going to bed. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to call (866) 599-0951.

I hope you have a magical vacation, Christina!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
