    Hi Stacy!

I know how daunting it can be to plan a Disney vacation! There are so many great things to do and you want to see and do as much as you can!

It sounds like you're off to a good start by securing your dining reservations. Keep trying to get those few that you haven't been able to get yet. Persistence can really pay off!

The next thing I would do would be to look at the Disney website and make a list of all the attractions your family would be interested in seeing while on vacation. Take this list and have each person in your family choose their two or three "must do" attractions in each park. You may also find that you don't need to spend an entire day at some parks. My family can usually do everything we want at Animal Kingdom by early afternoon and then we park hop to another park for the rest of the day. Once you see how many things you'd like to see and do in each park you will have a pretty good idea on what parks you need to devote more time to.

Try to plan what park you'll be visiting based on where you have dining reservations. If you are eating at any of the resorts, try to visit the park closest to that resort on the day you'll be dining there and so on. This will save you a lot of time by keeping the distance you have to travel short.

One of the best pieces of advice I can give you is to relax and have fun! There is so much to see and do that it would take a month to do it all. If you make sure to do the things that are most important to your family, I would consider the trip a success. You can always plan another trip in the future to do the things you may miss this time.

Have fun planning and enjoy your first trip to Disney World! It's sure to be a vacation your family will remember forever! Be sure to get your "1st Visit" buttons at guest services to commemorate this special trip.
