First visit, DH, 2 teens, + 4yr old. Stayin AOA, have meal plan and reserves in place. How much money each day to spend? Trip and photopass+ main "souvenir" but know kids will want some things anyway. Budget tight though!

With your meals covered by Disney's dining plan, Vicki, you need only budget food money for gratuities and uncovered items (like alcoholic beverages).  Those gratuities will depend--of course--on what you order, but do make sure you plan for that.  As for souvenir spending, that can vary greatly as well.  I think it's fabulous that you're going to invest in PhotoPass+.  If it were me planning a budget for my family, I would probably choose a dollar amount that I could afford and let the children know ahead of time how much spending money they had for the trip.  Whether it's $25 per child or $225 per child, they will each be able to find something suited to their tastes to remind them of their first visit to Walt Disney World.  If all you can afford to dole out is even just $10 per child, that will get them a pin, or a Vinylmation, or a get the idea.  Have a great time!
