First visit Nov.28-Dec.3 with wife and DD5. Planning my ADR we have the DDP already planning on lunch or dinner at CRT and BOG. What other resturants should we plan? And between the 3 dinner shows which one do you think is best? Chef Mickey's B or Dinner?

    Hi Brent!

For Character Dining, I highly recommend the breakfast at 'Ohana located in the Polynesian resort.Breakfast is served family style and features Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto.Chef Mickey's is another one of my top favorites for Character Dining!I personally like the breakfast better, but the dinner is also wonderful.A tip that I learned a few years back was to book one of the latest breakfast reservations available.Breakfast is the least expensive meal for Character Dining, substituting this as a lunch will save you money and the restaurant will typically be less crowded allowing you more time with the characters.

If you are going to Hollywood Studios, I highly recommend Prime Time 50's Cafe. The restaurant puts you right in the middle of a 50's sitcom kitchen plus the cast members here are a hoot!Just make sure that you eat all of your vegetables!Comfort food is the main feature here and I highly recommend Aunt Liz's Golden Fried Chicken and Grandma's Chicken Pot Pie.The milk shakes are also a big hit!

The Spirit of Aloha is a wonderful dinner show, but my favorite is Hoop Dee Do Musical Review. My family enjoys the atmosphere, the humor and even the pickiest eaters will find something to enjoy.I recommend doing The Spirit of Aloha when your daughter is a little older or if you have a little adult time.

Cinderella's Royal Table and Be Our Guest are both magical dining experiences that are very popular. Reservations tend to be completely full months in advance, I highly recommend making reservations exactly 180 days from your date of arrival. One of the perks of staying at a Disney owned resort is that you can make your reservations for your entire vacation with one phone call. This will also help to give you an edge when trying to secure those elusive reservations. For more tips on securing these reservations, please visit me again!

    Have a magical vacation!
