This is my first trip with my two boys who are 16 and 12. I am choosing the quick service as my meal plan . tried to make revervations for the table seating but I felt that I was very limited. Is this plan OK,?The boys and my husband get hungry often. Sue

    Susan,

Obviously the Quick Service Dining Plan gets you some great savings on your counter service dining. But table service restaurants are not covered on that plan, so yes, it can seem as if you are somewhat limited.

I recommend you look at the price difference of moving up to the Standard Dining Plan. Compare that to what you might spend on those added table service meals and you might see a way to save even more money.

Another plus to moving up is that you can anchor your day with one big meal, courtesy of that table service dining 'credit', letting counter service meals round out your day. When my wife and I travel with our kids we always have one table service meal a day, both to get some good food in them, but also to slow our kids down, if only for an hour.

I am glad to give you more specific recommendations if you are interested. Just send me a question directly from my bio page, and let me know of what foods the boys like. I have some great quick and table service recommendations that will fill them up!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
