1st first trip to Disney, I have an 8 yr girl, 11 yr old boy. Park hopper passes for all parks as well. Is there a ride plan that we can attempt to 'do all the rides' in each of the parks? We're there 1/31 to 2/5

    Hi Emily,

A first trip to Walt Disney World Resort can be very exciting and although possible to attempt to do all the attractions, it can be an exhausting task. I would recommend a minimum of five days and even an extra one to relax midway.

With a combination of FastPass+, Extra Magic Hours and "rope-drop", you may be able to experience most attractions. The My Disney Experience Mobile App will also give you park hours and real-time wait times for each attraction helping you to adjust your targets accordingly.

First, you want to sign up to My Disney Experience and try to secure FastPass+ for the each day. I suggest you select a different park each day and try to secure FastPass+ for three of the top four rides starting at mid-morning. You want to get to the park at least 30 minutes prior to opening and run to the first top attraction that you didn't secure a FastPass+ for. You may be able to ride a second one prior to your first FastPass+ reservation. Once you used all of your FastPass+, you can select up to three new ones.

Here's a list of the attractions that typically have the longest wait times at each park:

    • Magic Kingdom Park: Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, the mountains (Splash, Big Thunder, Space), Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Enchanted Tales with Belle
    • Epcot: Test Track, Soarin', Mission Space
    • Disney's Hollywood Studios: Toy Story Midway Mania, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Kali River Rapids, DINOSAUR

The site www.easywdw.com has some good cheat sheets that you can print out and I believe would help with your ultimate goal. Attractions may be closed for refurbishment, so check the time guides.

Will you try it? As Master Yoda said, “Do. Or do not.  There is no try.”
