First trip coming up in May! I keep reading that breaks during the day are good esp with little ones. But this can take up to 4 to 5 hours. The youngest in our group is 17. So I guess my question is can we do Disney with not many to no breaks?

    Hi Amber!

Congratulations on taking your first trip to Walt Disney World, you are in store for such a magical vacation!  When my family is traveling with little ones, breaks are a must.  Trips with a slightly older crowd I have found that it is very doable to tour the parks without taking a break midday.  Although we do save at least one day where we can relax a little, because there is a lot of walking involved while touring the parks.

Things you might want to consider when deciding on breaks, is the different needs of any individuals in your group.  If you are traveling with anyone who may not be used to that amount of walking, then taking a break might be a good idea.  That being said, there are so many fun ways to take a break without having to go back to the resort for a nap. One of my favorite ways is to ride the monorail on the Magic Kingdom or Epcot loop. Another one is to view one of the 3D movies, which is offered at every park, that way you can take in a little entertainment while you a resting.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have anymore questions!

    Have a wonderful vacation!
