This is our first trip, we are coming june 2-9 with us will be our two children 7yrs and 5yrs. We are celebrating there birthday with a first trip! Any suggestions on how to tackle our trip? Should we plan which parks for which days?

Hi Robin - Congratulations on planning your first trip to Walt Disney World!  My children are 5 and 7 also, and those are great ages for a vacation.

I'd recommend that you purchase a guidebook or two so that you know exactly which attractions you want to see at each park.  There are so many different things that your kids will want to do, and having a plan will ensure that you see as much as possible.  I recommend the Passporter and the Complete Idiot's Guide to Walt Disney World as some great guidebooks for first time visitors.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest that you make dining reservations now.  Since it's late, take whichever reservations you can get, and then plan your park visits based upon the restaurants you'll be dining in.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
