First time going to the "World" have already spent the money on them, but wondering if the "touring plans" are all they are cracked up to be.... follow a plan or go with my instincts? Is it worth the loss of spontaneity?

    Hi James!

The last thing you want to be doing while on vacation at Walt Disney World is rush yourselves.  That said, the touring plans from www.touringplans.com are wonderful!  I had the pleasure of testing out a plan for them last year and I will say that it's a lot of fun AND really does save you time.  There is still no need to rush if you decide to follow a plan and by all means, take breaks for drinks and the potty.  You can still be spontaneous if you decide to detour from the plan.  Just hop back on it when you get a chance.  The information they provide is usually spot on in regards to crowd levels.  If you aren't a member already, I highly suggest subscribing to the phone app.  You can check ride times from anywhere right at your fingertips.  I use this ALL THE TIME when I am in the parks so I know what rides I should avoid and which ones I should head to next.

If you find the plan isn't working for you, then follow your instincts.

    Have a magical day!
