This is my first time going to WDW. I will be traveling with my 3 children ages 11,10,16. we will be there for a week, I want to make sure that we visit all the theme parks, Will that be possible to do? My son will have a birthday while we are there.

    Hi Da'Vonda,

I think it is possible to see all of the parks during a week in Walt Disney World.  When my family travels for a week, we do two days in Magic Kingdom, two days in EPCOT, a day to a day-and-a-half in Hollywood Studios and a day in Animal Kingdom.

This allows us time in a water park and then time to relax or revisit things we enjoy the most.

How fast you move through the world will depend on the time of year as crowds can change your pace of touring.  Remember to use your Fast Passes as it will save you time waiting for popular attractions.

For your son's birthday, tell the server at your table service restaurant he is celebrating a birthday and let the magic unfold.  You can even order a cake with 48 hours notice by calling the cake hotline at 407-827-2253.  There is even a birthday event team which can help you plan something special at 407-939-BDAY.

    Enjoy!
