    Kim Asked

First time at WDW. Will the restaurants in the parks/resorts have signs outside indicating if they accept the dining plan and what type of credits can be redeemed? table service, quick service and/or snacks? Can quick service credit be used for sundaes?

    Hi, Kim!

You will find that most restaurants at Walt Disney World will accept your Disney Dining Plan credits.   The quick service locations have their menus clearly marked with items that are considered snack items to make things even easier.

Click HERE for a complete list of restaurants and details on the Disney Dining Plan. If you have never used the dining plan, you might want to print out this document and read through it.  You will find a lot of helpful information that will make your experience much easier.   You may even want to keep it with you as a resource during your vacation!

Make sure to make dining reservations ahead of time as you will need to have these for dining at table service locations.  When dining at table service locations, the servers will be happy to explain the dining plan and how to order from their extensive menus.

I know it seems like a lot, but the dining plan is very simple.  On each receipt, you will see your remaining dining credits so everything is taken care of! Easy!

No worries on ice cream!  You will find plenty of frozen goodies that will count as snack items.  Don't forget to enjoy a frozen Mickey Ice Cream bar - yum!   Have fun with all there is to offer on the Dining Plan. Read through the document from above and let me know if you have any questions.
