    Tricia from FL Asked

How do first time visitors get the 1st time visit badge

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Tricia!

You're as welcome as can be here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, so thanks for your question. Nothing is more magical than your very first trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, so it's wonderful you are looking forward to commemorating that!

Complimentary buttons are given out for celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and first visits. These let fellow Guests, Cast Members, and Characters know you are at the Disneyland Resort for a special occasion. Sometimes I have seen buttons given away when checking in at the Disneyland Resort Hotels. Your best bet, though, would be to check City Hall of Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park. Just walk in and let them know you are celebrating!

My son loved the extra attention he received when wearing his celebration button, so I know you will too! Please return if you have any other questions. Have a magical day!
