Hi. First time taking at WDW. What are the must do rides & dining at the 4 parks?

    Hi Holly,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Hooray for your first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Let the planning begin.

Let us start with rides and attractions. First, check the height requirements using the Attractions List. Here are our favorite attractions at each park:

    • Magic Kingdom - Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean
    • Epcot - Soarin' Around the World, Test Track, Mission: SPACE and Frozen Ever After
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom - Avatar Flight of Passage, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain and Festival of the Lion King
    • Disney's Hollywood Studios - Slinky Dog Dash, Toy Story Mania!, Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™

When making advanced dining reservations, I would consider the following restaurants:

    • Magic Kingdom - Be Our Guest Restaurant, The Crystal Palace, Cinderella's Royal Table, Liberty Tree Tavern
    • Epcot - Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Coral Reef Restaurant, Biergarten Restaurant, and Chefs de France (there are lots of other great places to eat at Epcot)
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom - Tusker House Restaurant, Rainforest Cafe® at Disney's Animal Kingdom
    • Disney's Hollywood Studios - 50's Prime Time Café, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

Holly, be sure to create a My Disney Experience Account so that you can track your dining reservations and Fast Pass+ selections. Our first trip with our girls was unforgettable. I trust yours will come with extra magic!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
