This will be our first time at Disney. Our flight arrives at 10am, so we will be taking the DME. Will we be able to leave our carry on luggage at the front desk and have them bring it to the room when the room becomes available?

    Hi Keisha!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to see this will be your first visit to Walt Disney World!  You have so much magic to discover!  If you need any help with your planning, or any specific advice you need for your first trip, please come back and ask us.  You are starting off in a good way, by using Disney's Magical Express - this will set you up for your arrival at the Most Magical Place on Earth.  Your room will probably not be ready for you until around 3.00pm (sometimes it will be available earlier than that, so please ask when you arrive, just in case).  You are very welcome to leave any of your luggage, including your carry-ons, with Bell Services at your Disney Resort hotel.  When you return after your fun day at the parks, you can collect your bags, or you can ask for them to be delivered to your room.  As you will not have immediate access to your luggage, please ensure that you have everything with you that you will need for your first few hours - including swimwear if you intend using your Resort hotel's pool when you arrive.  Towels are available poolside at all the Resort hotels.  If you use online check-in, (on My Disney Experience) you will receive a text or email when your room is ready, and give you details of your room number.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news, and any updates on events that may be happening during your stay.
