Hello! It will be our first time going for 4 days but not sure which park to go first. We have children under 12 and is it better to reserve a spot to watch fantasmic?

    Hi Joannie,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm excited for you and your family and your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.

My personal tip is to make your FastPass+ selections to plan which theme parks to visit on which days. You can use the My Disney Experience site and mobile app to see what FastPass+ selections are available. So for example, if you see that a FastPass+ selection is available for the very popular Frozen Ever After on the first day of your stay, that will steer you to choosing to visit Epcot that first day.

My next tip is to purchase the Park Hopper Option for your theme park admission tickets for the flexibility to visit all 4 theme parks in the same day. This way, you can move from park to park for scheduled experiences. For example, you can watch the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade in Magic Kingdom Park in the afternoon, and hop over to Epcot to see IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth in the evening.

If Fantasmic is on your must-see list (and I agree it should be), than it's well worth considering the Fantasmic! Dining Package to ensure you have a guaranteed seat in a reserved seating area.

Don't forget, you can visit the parks during Extra Magic Hours if you're staying at a Walt Disney World resort Hotel. Theme park schedules are available online.

    Enjoy your Disney!
