First off let me thank you for are your help you have given my family. We're coming in September and we have never used the dining plan but we were able to get it with our hotel stay at the French quarter . How does the plan work

Hi Daniel! Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort and the FREE Disney Dining Plan!  You're going to experience some the tastiest cuisine on the planet...for FREE! It just doesn't get any better than that!

You'll soon discover there's a wide variety of fantastic and tasty food to sample and this makes it so easy. I love being able to make our dining reservation up to far in advance at most Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. The only thing you're responsible is gratuities with the Disney Dining Plan.

Based on your resort location, I think the Disney Dining Plan on your reservation will cover entitlements for 1 snack, 1 quick service meal and 1 table service or seated dining meal each day per person plus a resort-refillable mug.

The dining plan covers the duration of your stay for all the members of your travel party, so even on your last day you'll be covered up until midnight. Each time you stop at a quick service or table service restaurant for a meal, you'll use an entitlement for the meal, which will be deducted by scanning your MagicBands.

There are hundreds of delicious choices of restaurants covered on the Disney Dining Plan so pack your appetite!

I hope your upcoming vacation is magical and memorable.

    ~Juliette
