If our first night will not be spent at a Disney hotel, but rather the hotel at the airport, will we be able to take advantage of magical express? Will they hold our luggage at the airport overnight? We have already received our luggage tags in the mail.

    Hello, Michelle!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to help answer your questions about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

I am very happy to inform you that your family will be able to stay at the airport hotel and then take Disney's Magical Express the next day! Your Disney's Magical Express reservation is based on your Disney Resort reservation. So, all you have to do is wake up the next morning and head to the main counter at Disney's Magical Express and check in by showing your Disney Resort confirmation number to a Cast Member.  Once you have checked in, each family member will receive their bus boarding pass.

Since you are not checking in to a Disney Resort the day you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you will need to pick up your luggage when you land.  Because of this, you will not be using your yellow Disney's Magical Express luggage tags.  You will just take your bags with you on the bus. Honestly, this will work to your advantage. It takes several hours for your luggage to make it to your Disney Resort. Having your bags will save you time and allow you to have everything you need to start your MAGICAL vacation!

If you have other questions, please let us know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
