Hi. First I love this Panel. My family will be there from July 21-28 our first visit. My question is can we use one of our park hopper tickets to get in to Disney Quest at Downtown Disney or do we need to buy those exact tickets?

Hello Perla!  I'm glad you are enjoying the Moms Panel!

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use one of your park tickets to enter DisneyQuest - unless you have the "Water Parks & More" option added to them. If you don't have the "& More" option, your park hopper tickets will only grant you entrance to one of the four major theme parks. (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom)

You will need to purchase separate tickets to visit DisneyQuest. The current cost is $40 plus tax for adults and $34 plus tax for children ages 3-9. You can get more information on DisneyQuest and tickets HERE.

If you plan to visit DisneyQuest more than once or any combination of DisneyQuest, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and the Wide World of Sports, it would make sense to purchase the Water Parks & More option. This option is about $50 extra per person, and gives you multiple visits to these extra parks. For example, if you have 5 day park tickets, you will get 5 different visits to these parks. If you have 7 day tickets, you get 7 visits, and so on.

You will be happy to know that there is no admission fee to enjoy the shops, restaurants and entertainment in Downtown Disney. You can even park here for free!

I hope this information was helpful! Have a wonderful trip and make sure to get your "1st Visit" buttons at guest services!
