    Sandy from VA Asked

Our first family trip is Oct 2-8 and we LOVE Halloween. Besides the parks are there any must see displays/decorations at any of the resorts?

Hi Sandy! If you are looking for the most Halloween fun and decorations at Walt Disney World then a stop in Fort Wilderness one evening is a definite must.  The camp sites are decked out with all kinds of fun and decor from moving inflatables to intricate eerie displays of all sorts. It is fun to come about two weeks from Halloween through that night and walk the loops if possible.

My family comes at this time and we will have our site decked out as well. We love a certain football team and base our decorations for our fall sport and this great fun holiday together to make a display that is just a bit different.

When you get to the actual date of Halloween this resort will include such fun activities as a golf cart parade, trick or treating, pet parade, and pumpkin carving contests. It is one of the best places to celebrate Halloween at Walt Disney World!
