On our first Disney trip I would love to take my 2 daughters to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, however my one daughter is only 2 and a half. It would be very unfair to only take one will they accept my younger daughter with adult supervision?

    Hi, Elsjebe!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your question. A Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover would be a fun way to pamper your older princess during your visit with the help of a Fairy Godmother-in-training and her magic wand!

It’s important that children meet the minimum age requirement for this experience for multiple reasons, but especially to ensure they are mature enough to sit patiently through the entire session, which takes a minimum of 30-45 minutes depending on the package chosen. Waiting until your daughter is 3 years old helps guarantee she will have a positive experience. Also, some of the makeup, styling products, costumes and accessories used are intended for girls age 3 and up only.

If you’d still like to take your older daughter to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, perhaps you could plan another special experience for your youngest to enjoy instead, such as a visit to Fantasy Faire at Disneyland Park to meet a few of her favorite princesses and see one of the princess-themed shows. You could even visit the shop there to pick out a special outfit or toy for her. A character meal at Ariel’s Grotto in Disney California Adventure Park would also be a special treat for her.

Makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique are very popular, so reservations are encouraged by calling (714) 781-7895 to book an appointment. I hope this helps, Elsjebe, and that you enjoy a wonderfully pixie-dusted visit to the Disneyland Resort with your family!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
