Hi! We are going on our first cruise to the Bahamas in November. Should the cruise be canceled, do we get refunded our money? Along the same lines, if it's altered drastically? Say from 7 days down to 3?

    Hello there, Michelle!

Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  OH MY DISNEY!  I am thrilled to hEAR you are taking your VERY FIRST magical getaway onboard Disney Cruise Line.  You are going to LOVE it!  I am excited for you to cruise out of our winter wonderland of Minnesota and sail the Bahamas with Captain Mickey!

In the rare event that Disney Cruise Line must cancel a scheduled sailing, guests would be notified at the time that decision is made of how their vacation would be adjusted or refunded.  Disney Cruise Line would not alter the number of nights of a scheduled sailing.

Your scheduled itinerary may change before or during your sailing for reasons that could include the need to sail around weather or as a result of changes made by the port you are scheduled to visit.  We were on a sailing once that required us to change the order of the ports we visited so the ship could sail around a large storm and keep us all safe.  We were notified via email and onboard of the changes.  In the event you are unable to stop at a scheduled port, you may be entitled to refunded port fees, which would be communicated to you.  For details on how all of these changes are handled you can review the Disney Cruise Line Terms and Conditions.

Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any other questions as you prepare for your high seas adventure, Michelle!  We would love to sprinkle a little pixie dust on your first voyage.

    "Sea" ya real soon!   Angie
