Hi, where could I find the nutrition content of food offered at Disneyland and the Adventure park? I’m diabetic and need to know the carbohydrate contents of foods through out the parks. Thanks!

    Greetings, Yvette,

Thanks for coming by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. A friend of mine recently returned from a visit to the Disneyland Resort. She is adhering to a special diet that emphasizes healthy meals and limiting carbohydrates. She was pleased to find many nutritious options to enjoy while visiting the parks. There are a lot of meals and snacks prepared and served at the Disneyland Resort. Menu items are frequently updated and adjusted. Updated nutritional information relevant to the current recipes is available by request from Cast Members at each dining or snack location. The provided product labels and information can be used to help select appropriate items and portions. You may also email the Disneyland Resort Special Diets team with any specific question or concern.

When making reservations at table service restaurants, be sure to note special dietary needs, including food allergies. When you arrive at a restaurant, you may ask to speak with the chef or restaurant manager about any specific questions you may have. This is particularly useful at Character Dining experiences and other buffets so that appropriate items can be pointed out or even prepared specially in the kitchen.

    Bon appétit, Yvette!
