How do I find the # I need to get a FP+ for BOG???? I've tried everything I've seen on many different places and nothing works.

    Hi Linda,

Thanks for asking your question here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my favorites, so I was excited to help answer your question.  It sounds like you've heard about the FastPass+ option that's being tested there for lunch.  That test is currently only available to Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel, but as long as that applies to you, you can check for availability for your vacation dates.  To do that, you'll need your 12-digit reservation confirmation number (all numbers, no letters) when you log into the site.  If you don't have that, or if yours looks different, here are some ways to try to find it yourself.
    • If you booked a room-only or a vacation package directly with Disney, visit the My Reservations & Tickets page in My Disney Experience and it's most likely shown there.
    • If you're within 60 days of your arrival, you can also find that 12-digit number by hovering your cursor over the "Check In Online" link and looking at the last numbers in the link.  You can also try clicking that link and checking the last digits in the URL.
    • If you booked with a travel agent, they can provide that number for you.
    • If you've received your Magical Express luggage tags, the number will be printed on those.
    • If all else fails, just call (407) 939-5277 and a Cast Member can provide the number for you by looking up your reservation.
Be Our Guest is a popular dining spot, so be sure to check the site early and often for days and times that will work for you.  Best of luck and have a Disney day!
