Will the filming of the WDW Christmas Parade affect the crowd patterns the week before filming (Dec1-4)? Typically the first part of December is not crowded. I am wondering if the filming will affect this since we will be leaving before taping on Sat.

    Hi Tori,

You have picked my favorite time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! All of the Parks and Resorts are festively decorated and overflowing with the spirit of the holiday season!

My family has visited the Walt Disney World Resort many times during the time period that the Disney Parks Christmas Day Celebration and Parade has been filmed. In my experience, Magic Kingdom Park has always been very crowded the weekend filming is taking place. As a result, we choose to visit the other Theme Parks during that time and have never had a problem with large crowds.

I hope this information helps you in planning your visit! Please stop back by should you have any more questions!

    Magical Wishes,
    Susan
