Hello Moms. Me, my father and my two children(3boy,6girl) are visiting WDW from 1/23/12-1/30/12, i was wondering what are the normal weather conditions like that time of year? is it rainy? thanks

Hi Diamond! It's a safe bet that the weather in Florida in January will be much better than New York! Temperatures in late January at Disney average around 70 degrees during the day, and the evening lows hover around 50. Those temperatures are, of course, averages, and it's possible the weather during your trip could be much warmer or cooler. Plan to dress in layers, such as short sleeves under sweatshirts or cardigans, so you'll be prepared for anything. January is not a very rainy month in Orlando; you're much more likely to encounter a thunderstorm or shower in the summer than in the winter.

If you type Disney World in the search box at weather.com a week or so before your trip, you'll be able to get a more accurate forecast for your travel dates. No matter what the weather, I'm predicting you'll have a magical trip!
