My father who is retired military, will be purchasing tickets at his local base, and will activate them at the gate our first day. Though he can't activate until that day can we still link the tickets to my Disney Experience and book FP+ in advance?

    Kelly:

    Welcome to the Mom's Panel!

Your father will probably be given a ticket voucher from the MWR office rather than hard tickets. However, whether he receives hard tickets or a ticket voucher, you should be able to go to your account on www.disneyworld.com and link either the voucher or the tickets to your account. Simply go to "My Reservations and Tickets" under the My Disney Experience heading. From there, scroll down to Tickets and Passes and click on "Link Tickets." At this point, you'll be able to enter either the barcode number if you've received a ticket voucher or each individual ticket number if your father gets hard tickets.

If you're staying at a Disney resort, you'll be able to make FP+ selections 60 days out from your check-in date or if you're staying off-site or at Shades of Green, you'll be able to make FP+ selections 30 days out from your check-in date.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
