    Laura from MA Asked

My father is a resident of Florida (Leesburg), he would like to buy my 2 children 13 & 14 (his grandchildren) their 4 day hopper passes. My husband and i will be purchasing our own out of state passes, can he do that if he doesn't come to the park

    Hi Laura,

Spring is just around the corner, and what a good time for a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. Excellent!

Living in Florida has its perks, specially when it comes down to visiting the parks and staying at the resorts. For tickets, there are several options available, from a 1-Day Magic Your Way Ticket, to the Florida Resident Annual Pass Options. The Special Florida Resident Tickets & Passes page has more information regarding these, and they can be purchased by following the corresponding links.

Your father can purchase tickets for your children, and that's a much better gesture than asking you to join the Dark Side. He should select the All Guests option, since the specials are priced for Florida residents only. All adults who will use Florida resident tickets or passes will need to show proof of Florida residency at a theme park or water park ticket window, or at any Guest Relations location, prior to first use.

Feel free to come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, with any questions you may have. Remember that Imperial Stormtroopers always request to see your identification, although they are looking for droids.
