What is the fastpass window? For example, if I have a 10am fastpass, what is the earliest I can arrive and the latest I can arrive?

    Hi Sarah!

Thanks for your question. Disney FastPass+ selections makes life so much easier for me and my family. Our anticipation is always riding so high when we're at Disney World, we look to optimize that time making FastPass selections for attractions, in part so we don't end up losing our minds! :-)

With FastPass, you are typically given a 1 hour window. So if your FastPass time is 10AM, then the window is generally between 10AM-11AM. Now what I can tell you is sometimes my family and I have made it to an attraction or two 10 minutes before our allotted time, scanned our MagicBands in the FastPass line, and was "green-lighted" to enter the attraction. I can't ensure that this may be the case on every attraction, and wouldn't want families coming mega early to get on, but 10 minutes before our time have worked for us on a number of attractions.

On the other hand, I didn't have much success getting on attractions after the 1-hour window, so bear this in mind if your time was 10AM, and you get there at, say, 11:05AM, it may not be successful.

Hope this helps. Have a Mickey Magical Day!
