Can we still make Fastpass+ reservations if we bought tickets from another source other than Disney? We have a voucher & have to go get our tickets from one of the ticket counters once we arrive to one of the parks.

    Hi Julie!

How exciting that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort soon! Have you heard of the Disney Parks Blog? It's the best resource for all kinds of Disney Parks news, from new shows and limited time experiences, to new merchandise and even where to find the best bites.

You absolutely should be able to link the voucher that you have now to be able to make FastPass+ reservations. My husband is in the Air Force, and when I buy our Disney Theme Park Tickets from the ticket center on base, we also receive vouchers that need to be exchanged for real tickets at a Guest Relations location before we enter a park. Here's what you'll do:

On a computer: log in to your My Disney Experience Account, and from your profile click 'My Plans.' Hover over the circle that looks like tickets, and two boxes should drop down. Click the one that says 'Link Tickets' and on the new page, you'll be able to enter the ID numbers on your vouchers. Once entered, you'll be able to assign those tickets to each person in your travel party, and when you are either 30 or 60 days out from your vacation you'll be able to make your FastPass+ selections.

In the My Disney Experience Mobile App: Click 'My Tickets', then click the blue plus sign in the upper right corner of the new page, then click 'Link Tickets & Passes' and type in the code on the voucher.

If you have issues at all, please call (407) 939-4357. And Pro Tip: When linking multiple vouchers/tickets, write the name of the person attached to that ticket on the actual voucher.

We'll See You Real Soon, Julie!
