How do I make a Fastpass reservation for lunch at Be Our Guest? I have booked my family's trip and we're staying on-site. I tried to log in but am not sure what my reservation ID number is. Thanks!

    Hi, Melanie!

I'm so glad to hear that you have booked your family's vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Be Our Guest Restaurant is such a popular location and their Quick Service lunch is one of my very favorites. Guests of the Walt Disney World (owned and operated) Resort hotels are typically invited to participate in FastPass+ testing for this location via email approximately 30-days prior to their arrival date. I've noticed that the last couple of times I've visited that the 30-days can vary, so be on the lookout in your email inbox for that invitation.

There is a special website that is completely separate from any of the other Advanced Dining Reservations you can make and that is where you'll make your FastPass+ selections for Be Our Guest Restaurant. The website and everything you'll need to access the site will be included in your email invitation. Your reservation number should be linked in your My Disney Experience profile as long as you used the same email address for both. If you cannot locate it, a Cast Member at the Walt Disney Travel Company will be glad to look it up for you. They can be reached by calling (407) 939-1936.

Thank you for stopping by the Moms Panel, Melanie! Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you have as you continue planning.

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
