Hi! What is the fastest way to get from Magic Kingdom to Epcot? And how long would it take? Thanks!!

    Hi Mickey,

There are several ways you can navigate from Magic Kingdom to Epcot, but the one I think will consistently be the fastest is the monorail. At Magic Kingdom, I would hop on the express monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center, which is about a 5- to 10-minute ride away. At the TTC, you'll need to transfer to the Epcot monorail line. The journey from the Transportation and Ticket Center to Epcot is about 15 minutes.

It's hard to give you an exact door-to-door time. It varies based on whether you are able to walk right onto the monorail or whether you have to wait a few minutes. I'd allow about 45 minutes or so for the travel time.

You can also take a bus if you prefer, walking to the Contemporary to catch an Epcot-bound bus. Or you can board a bus for the Boardwalk resort at the Magic Kingdom bus station. Boardwalk is a short walk from the Epcot International Gateway (the back entrance in the World Showcase).

Here's a tip you may not know, Mickey: The My Disney Experience Mobile App now has a "Get Directions" feature that can help you figure out the best way to get from point to point at the Walt Disney World resort, both inside the parks and among the resorts.
