Do you have to have Fast Passes for under 3 year olds?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bev!

The FastPass+ system is a great way to enjoy some of the most popular attractions and entertainment at Walt Disney World Resort without having to wait in the standby queues. All ticketed Guests can make FastPass+ reservations through the My Disney Experience website or mobile app. Since little Mouseketeers under 3 years old do not require an admission ticket, they do not need to make FastPass+ reservations. They can enter the FastPass+ queue with their family members who have FastPass+ reservations. When traveling with my 2 year old son, I simply touch my MagicBand or admission card to the touchpoint at the entrance to the FastPass+ queue and notify the Cast Member that my son is under 3. While he is not required to touch his MagicBand, he always wants to be like the "big kids" and touch his MagicBand too. The Cast Members are always really encouraging of him and tell him to "go right through"!

Please let us know if you have any other questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!

Meet the Panelist: Crystal, Colorado

Hi! I’m Crystal and I’m a wife and mommy to two little Mouseketeers. My husband and I have been enjoying Disney Parks since before we were married, and now we take our children to see Mickey and the gang as often as we can, while  managing my oldest son's food allergies. Planning is key for my family to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun trip to our favorite place and it can be just as exciting as the trip itself. I can’t wait to help you plan your next adventure there, too! Learn More About Crystal
