Hi there, Jennifer!
Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m happy to hear you’re planning a visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort with your toddler. It will be such a wonderful experience for your family to make memories at the Most Magical Place on Earth together!
Since your little one is under 3 years old, you won’t need to purchase him or her a theme park ticket. However, your child will still be able to enjoy many
attractions, shows, parades and other experiences offered throughout the four theme parks. Kids 2 and under also eat for free at all-you-care-to-enjoy dining experiences, including character meals!
If you have a
Disney FastPass+ selection planned for an attraction and he or she is tall enough to ride it, your little one doesn’t need a FastPass+ to accompany you. Simply bring him or her with you to the entrance of the attraction queue and you can enter together. If there is no minimum height requirement or it’s advertised as appropriate for any height, then it’s safe for your tot to ride! You should plan to include yourself and your husband in the FastPass+ selections if you both wish to accompany your daughter to enjoy a ride or character experience.
I hope this helps you plan, Jennifer, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your little Mouseketeer!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
