    What if fast pass isn't working when I try to reserve my rides?

    In the unlikely experience that you log on to My Disney Experience on your eligible date and are unable to reserve FastPass+ selections, you can give a call to speak to a friendly Cast Member at 1 (407) 939-5277 and they will be happy to assist you with any technical difficulties that you might have!
