Hi! We would like to use a fast pass for flight of passage and will need to do a rider switch. Are party is 2 adults a teen and toddler. Would we need to only book a fast past for two members of our party since a rider switch needs to be done?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christina!

Avatar Flight of Passage, one of the new attractions inside Pandora -The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is one of the most popular attractions right now. And no wonder why. It is unreal! The first time I got to ride it, I could barely believe my eyes. You really do feel like you’re flying on the back of your very own Banshee. I hope it blows you away as it did me! Simply beyond belief.

Christina, props to you for planning out your FastPass+ and Rider Switch in advance for your visit. Both these services will help you save precious park touring time, so you can enjoy even more of the magic while there. I think with your party size and guest ages your approach sounds great!

By booking FastPass+ for only two guests, you can book FastPass+ for the other guests in your party for a different age appropriate attraction to use during this same time window. Once the first group enjoys Avatar Flight of Passage, they will be given a Rider Switch pass for up to three guests to use at a later time. Make sure you show up together so the Cast Member at the entrance sees your little one for the Rider Switch pass.

Another option, while the first group is enjoying the attraction first, you could also use this time for a nice break with your toddler at the Baby Care Center. These parent and baby havens are fully equipped for all your little mouseketeers needs.

I hope this information was helpful! For any additional questions or planning tips, be sure to stop by.

We hope to see ya real soon,

    Emille ºoº
