So far we have 50's Diner - November 27th @ 8:50 PM nothing earlier yet. 6 of us (4 children). Late to eat a meal (kids will be starving). Will we be treated well if we just order dessert? Kids really want to

    Sandra:

Dining at a restaurant at Disney is no different from eating out in your own hometown. If you want a full meal 10 minutes before closing, the kitchen is still open or if you want to order dessert only, the cast members are ready and eager to serve you. I've never been treated "differently" for just ordering an appetizer if I was too full for dinner or dessert if I was simply craving something special from a menu.

With all this said, keep in mind that your reservation is at 50's Prime Time where the antics of the wait staff are unpredictable. But their interaction--or lack of--will not be influenced by your menu choice.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
